Our goal is to provide our clients with the finest personal service in assisting them with the sale, purchase, finance and refinance of real estate in the State of California. We endeavor to deliver a service which is professional, responsive and accomodating and which is punctuated with honesty and fair-dealing.

Our vision is to ensure that any person who is qualified to purchase, finance or refinance a home may do so on terms that are most favorable to them. Additionally, our vision is to ensure that persons who wish to sell their homes will do so on terms and timetables that meet their wishes and needs.

History

Gold Coast Homes and Loans was founded in May 2005 by Jesse Quinsaat, Esq. and his spouse, Realtor Merle Quinsaat. Begun with just 5 agents in a small office, the company now has more than 35 agents and is now based in a corporate building in Carlsbad, California. New agents continue to be added.  Nearly all the agents are members of the California Association of Realtors. Moreover, the company has affiliations with many major lenders.
